Delivery takes 10 to 14 days from order confirmation. This time frame ensures careful handling, quality checks, and perfect presentation.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available within 24 hours of delivery, and only for size adjustments. The garment must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Detailed care instructions are included with each purchase to maintain the garment's beauty for years to come.
